Grissini Ristorante offers a relax atmosphere for our local community and tourists. Our tranquil surrounding of bush lands are peaceful for our diners. You can enjoy a moonlight evening in our gazebo alfresco dining area. It can be enclosed to cater up to 50 people. We have created a family feel when your children arrive, we entice them the freedom to create artwork on white butcher's paper. Grissini is the first to open for breakfast on Sunday, where children Eat Free under 6.
 
Our renowned chef /owner Jason Carver which has travelled around Europe. He endeavoured to work with the most elite chefs. His portfolio of establishments are Mosimann's of Knightbridge and Chez Nico at Park Lane. Then when he arrived back to Australia, he went to work on the largest resort in the Southern Hemisphere of Hayman. Where his expertise was to over look the La Trattoria where they catered for 300 guests on evening.  Before establishing his own identity at Grissini Ristorante he was overseeing the entire operation of the Doltone House Group which is renowned for events and weddings.
 
Jason takes pride in the produce for the restaurant, with daily trips to the local markets. Then he derives to compile Modern Italian inspired cuisine. Grissini prepares on the premises there very own hand made pasta to the local's which has given them the recognition of quality and the taste have been successful. The menu has been created for value for money, well balanced. Our menu changes periodically twice a year within the seasonal produces arises.
 
You will be able to come and dine and try our exquisite dishes such Pan Fried Hawkesbury Calamari with sweet garlic and chili, rocket leaves,roast capsicum salsa. Pasta of Beetroot ricotta sage ravioli with gorgonzola sauce, toasted walnut or tantalise your mouth with a Tagliolini of prawn,snapper, caper, chili, tomato olive oil sauce.
 
We feature LIVE MUSIC on selected nights throughout the month. Our musicians have playlist of Jazz, Blues to latest R & B hits.
 
We have a range of Pizzette, Pasta and light meals on our lunch menu from Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
 
We have engaged in a partnership with Giancarlo Coffee to take pride into serving the freshest roasted coffee beans. We also offer a boutique wine list with a selection of fine wines from around Italy, New Zealand, Mornington Pennisula, Barossa Valley,Margaret River and the Hunter Valley. The list comprises of 10 white wines and 10 red wines with 4 of each variety are by the glass to offer daily.
